The smaller bungalow features the master bedroom and master bathroom, and the larger bungalow features the second and third bedrooms (both with en-suite bathrooms) and an open plan kitchen/dining/living room.

The garden features a swimming pool, hammock, sun loungers and a bale for relaxing in. Kubu Cempaka staff Bu Yuli and Bu Kadek are on hand to do daily housekeeping and assist with any queries.

Pererenan is the up and coming area just north of Jalan Pantai Batu Bolong, the centre of Canggu where all the nightlife is. It is still a peaceful neighbourhood with a village atmosphere, but already many of the trendiest cafes are opening up here such as Baked and Monsieur Spoon.

Pererenan beach is a popular surf spot and nearby La Brisa beach club is popular with both tourists and locals.

Most guests choose to rent mopeds for the duration of their stay, however there is also ample space for parking a car in the private parking area in front of the villa. Taxis and motorbike ride Apps are also popular and ever present in the area.
